I met up with Matt Herman and the Loksound crew at the Chicagoland RPM and I think I’m going to be switching over the DCC system on my layout. But what was just as exciting was the fact that I finally tried out the ProtoThrottle. Scott Thornton gave me a quick rundown of the throttle and I’ll say this: it’s the next big thing. I need to have one. The boys at Iowa Scaled Engineering need to get this thing into production!
